Rebounding Trampoline Makes Exercising Fun

Experts in fitness and well being have deemed the trampoline as the next fitness must have. The rebounding motion is said to be not only fun but also incredibly effective. Trampolines make working out with friends undemanding. Take a look at our helpful advice on selecting your trampoline and also some games to play on it!

Choosing a rebounding trampoline can be difficult if you are not sure what to look for. Try to find a folding rebounder that is sturdy, yet able to fit into a small space. The trampoline should be made with quality materials as well to ensure you do not get hurt during a workout.

Before you begin working out, find a friend who is willing to exercise with you on a regular basis. Be sure you stretch and properly warm up first so that you do not injure yourself before you even begin. Once you are ready to go, here are some great game ideas that you and a friend can play on a rebounding trampoline set. Just be sure the trampolines are placed far enough apart from each other so that you have plenty of room to aplaya!

The first game is a contest to see who can do the most jumps in a row in a given period of time. One person can watch the timer while the other person performs the jumps. Make sure the time given is fairly short, no longer than three minutes.

The next exercise is called the trick game iia on your rebounding trampoline take turns to impress the other with a trick, this will then be copied by the other participant. An example of a trick could be four hops on each leg followed by a turn in the air iia remember to keep the tricks simple!

To add to your motivation before your games commence why not add a jogging race to your warm up routine? Jogging is a great warm up and pretending you and your friend are racing will only add to the fun! Remember this is meant to be fun and as a result it may not be possible to work out the winner of the race.

In the mood to dance? Crank up the tunes and you and your partner can take turns making up dance steps or even full dance routines. This is always a lot of fun and, after a while, you forget you are actually exercising!
